STEP 01 — INTAKE
Maize pre-cleaner — CP series
RECEIVING HOPPER · MAGNETIC SEPARATION · 20–60 T/H
Raw grains and ingredients are received at the intake pit. A magnetic separator removes metal contaminants, followed by a pre-cleaning sieve that scalps off straw, stones and dust.
STEP 02 — CLEANING
Maize pre-cleaner — CP series
SCALPING SIEVES · ASPIRATION · DUST-FREE DISCHARGE
Straw, stones and dust are scalped off and aspirated away — only clean grain moves downstream.
STEP 03 — GRINDING
Hammer mill — SMSP series
SWING-BEATER ROTOR · 3–15 T/H · 0.8–3 MM SCREENS
Clean grain is hammered to a uniform grist. Screen size sets the particle curve for each recipe.
STEP 04 — BATCHING
Automatic batching system
LOSS-IN-WEIGHT DOSING · ±0.2% ACCURACY
Ground grain, meals and micro-ingredients are weighed to the gram — every batch identical to the last.
STEP 05 — MIXING
Ribbon mixer — SMHY series

Twin ribbons fold the batch until every handful is identical. Homogeneity you can lab-test.
STEP 06 — PELLETING

Conditioned mash is pressed through the ring die. Pellet durability starts here — and so does your margin.

Hot pellets cool gently against rising air — no cracks, no fines, safe moisture for storage.

SZLH Series Ring Die Pellet Mill
High-capacity industrial pellet mill for feed, biomass & fertilizer.
Working Principle
Raw material is fed into the conditioning chamber where steam and water are added for heat and moisture. The conditioned material then enters the pelleting chamber where rotating rollers press it through the ring die holes. A cutter at the die outer surface trims pellets to the desired length.
